Siobhán Mulvenna
Managing Director
Siobhán Mulvenna is a graduate member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and owner of SMT Solutions, established in 2008.
She has over 25 years of local and international experience in Health & Safety, front facing Customer Service and Bespoke Training Solutions – she prides her solutions on being well structured and focused on fun to deliver real results both for the individual and the organisation – it’s her aim to surpass the expectations of her client’s every time.
Siobhán has a broad industry experience consulting with various clients from Business & Industry, Finance, Education, Public sector and Hospitality across Europe on various projects delivering business focused training solutions from design, delivery to evaluation in areas of technical skills, people skills, leadership and management, Health and Safety, HR performance and policies as well as managing bespoke client specific specialised projects.
Following a successful career within hospitality management and seeing the difference performing people made to the bottom line she started to focus on transferring her knowledge through training and coaching. Her wealth of knowledge and reputation within the learning and development field is well known, she has taken company’s forward to become IIP recognized, won regional and National Training Awards and has been acknowledged by the IHF as a real ‘hospitality hero’.
Her approach in business improvement and learning solutions is innovative, it is known as fun with structure and using lots of experiential and active learning techniques. Siobhán has also developed and delivered bespoke training over a broad band of subjects, increasing ability and instilling the confidence to ensure your team stays focused and your company exceeds best practice.
Siobhán’s flexible approach to strategic health and safety management starts with the creation of practical plans that ensure legal compliance followed by the introduction of best practice, which will evolve through the application of our tailored service. She has broad experience of auditing, inspection, accident and incident investigations with a proven track record of delivering the highest quality work with integrity and commitment to the high standards.
